Men and Space  is an ongoing socially engaged performance project that seeks to explore the aesthetic qualities of the male body en masse in a theatre space.

Working with an intergenerational and broad ranging group of male identities, this new sparsely choreographed work presents a varied arrangement of brooding, comedic and intimate tableaux and action over time.

As the amorphous mass of bodies shift and warp, the work begins to question the extent and origins of the projected assumptions that are readily put onto groups of men.

This work was first presented at the CCA in Glasgow and supported by BUZZCUT Double Thrills.
